E-Serve-- GCPL Customers App
E-Serve is GCPL's mobile platform (App) designed to connect with existing and potential customers. With just a few taps, customers can download the application and interact with GCPL for various needs. This user-friendly app allows users to create new equipment leads and easily select the machines they require. Additionally, customers can save money on spare parts by participating in the Power Circle program. The enrollment process is simplified, and there is no limit on the number of referrals that can be created. The money saved through the program is directly credited to the customer's account with TIPL and automatically adjusted during spare parts purchases.
Furthermore, the app offers a convenient way to order spare parts. Users can simply mention the part number or description, or even take a picture using their camera. GCPL will process the request promptly and provide assistance. The app also serves as an online platform for managing heavy-duty and costly equipment from GCPL. It allows users to maintain fleet data, order spare parts, and receive real-time status updates on leads and referrals. The E-Serve app is available 24/7, providing customers with a seamless and efficient way to connect with GCPL.
Please note that the app requires certain permissions on your device to support its features, such as accessing device and app history for crash detection and recovery, identity for native login functionality, location for personalized services, photos/media/files for caching images, camera/microphone for barcode scanning and voice search, Wi-Fi for connectivity, device ID/call info for device-specific offers, and profile/contacts for pre-filled information.
